The sisters of Rutgers University alpha Kappa Delta Phi wholly encourage and promote leadership in our university and community. Providing leadership opportunities and experiences enhances the sorority and teaches our sisters many important life-long skills. Many of our sisters hold executive board positions of many organizations including, but not limited to:

• Multicultural Greek Council (MCG)
• Rutgers University Hall Association/Government (RUHA)
• Asian Student Council (ASC)
• Asian American Cultural Center (AACC) Internship Program
• American Medical Students Association (AMSA)
• Chinese Student Organization (CSO)
• Korean Students Association (KSA)
• Taiwanese American Students Association (TASA) and Intercollegiate Taiwanese American Students Association (iTASA)
• Vietnamese Student Association (VSA)

As sisters of alpha Kappa Delta Phi, we’ve developed an attitude of confidence, guidance, and direction that have aided us in our endeavors. Many sisters have found that their involvement in alpha Kappa Delta Phi has opened their eyes to the vast leadership opportunities in other cultural, professional, and hobby-oriented organizations and clubs. It is because of our personal interests, as well as our love for the Rutgers University student body, that we encourage all of our sisters to join other organizations and to get involved with the university and community, outside of alpha Kappa Delta Phi.
