On Saturday, March 14,2009, we lost a very dear sister of the Rutgers Chapter.
Her passing was very sudden and left the entire chapter in shock.
We still can't believe that she has left us but we know that she has gone
to a better place. The Rutgers Chapter of alpha Kappa Delta Phi would
like to thank everyone that came out to pay their respects at her viewing
and service. We'd also like to thank those who've sent their condolences to our chapter.
Losing such an amazing sister, pledge sister, little, big, and grandbig
has had a huge effect on our chapter. We hope that you all will keep her and
her family in your prayers and never forget her.

You'll forever be in our hearts, Hana and we'll be thinking of you always.

Welcome to the website of Rutgers University's alpha Kappa Delta Phi Sorority, Inc.! Here you will find everything you need to know about our chapter - we encourage you to take your time and look around, see what interests you, and contact us if you have any questions or are interested in more information. We would be happy to hear from you! Keep checking back to our "Events" page to view upcoming events, parties, and updates from sisters. You will be amazed at the amount of work we do for our university and community, and the dedication and passion we have to represent our four letters: alpha Kappa Delta Phi.


As we start the new school year, we hope that you will take a look at our "Rush" Section to learn more about our recruitment period, which is coming up in less than a week! Everything is FREE, there are NO OBLIGATIONS and rides will be provided everywhere! It is a great time to get to know other students on campus, as well as the sisters of our wonderful sorority. We will also be hosting mixers throughout rush week with other on-campus organizations, so be on the look out for those, as well! You can find the rush schedule and our flyers under the "Events" or "Rush" sections. If we don't see you out at rush, we wish everybody a great fall semester!
